About the role:
As Director / Sr. Director Growth of the Intent channelization and Repeat preference charter, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the most optimal channelization of user intent across personas (casual browsers, deal-seekers etc.) and maximize repeat preference for the platform by building a rock-solid Loyalty program and executing the most exciting sale events in the country. This will entail solving a wide range of problems (covered below), with the help of a rockstar team and other cross functional stakeholders.
What you will do :
- Define the vision for your charter, take audacious goals on each sub-charter.
- Break down vision into actionable problems for each team through a Problem first mindset and User-first thinking.
- Invest in your team to mentor them and make them future leaders.
Sub-charters Include :
- Homepage - Develop a curated, personalized homepage with merchandizing excellence for our users.
- Deals - Build the most lucrative and gamified deal constructs for users.
- Sale - Lead all monthly sale events and the annual mega blockbuster sale.
- Loyalty - Deliver 100X value to users.
What you'll need:
- 8+ years of experience in Product, Revenue Growth, Strategy & Ops / Management with a consulting background or high-growth startup; 2+ years of relevant Product, Revenue & Growth team experience is preferred.
- Structured problem-solving skills, 10X thinking, Extreme ownership.
- People management skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
