About Our Client

Our client is a reputed 160 year global company based out of UK/London. They have strong presence in the Indian market and have been growing consistently year on year. They are looking for a dynamic and experienced brand marketing head to join their India team.

Job Description

The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:

- Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to business plans

- Plan, strategize and execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market

- Gain a full understanding of the brand proposition, brand architecture, target consumer and competitors

- Take ownership of the annual brand plan and subsequent execution of the plan

- Act as the go-to person on market and brand information

- Define product strategies and road maps

- Research and determine product weaknesses and areas to be modified

- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activity to identify opportunities

- Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to- market strategies

- Handle marketing spends, and prepare media briefs across different platforms

- Working with internal and external teams to executive plans

- Responsible for the development and implementation of all communication and marketing strategies

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate would have the following attributes:

- Minimum of 10 years experience in handling a brand

- Education from a Top Tier B- School

- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing

- Excellent communication skills
