Director/ Senior Director - Data Science

We are looking for a Data Analytics Leader who also has experience in Data engineering solutions for a leading data engineering services and AI consulting company that is backed by top VC firms in India.

Responsibilities:

- The role will be an integral part of the core group which will work towards the growth of the company.

- The incumbent will lead a team to build a highly scalable and extensible Data Science team that provides the foundation for collecting, storing, modelling, and analyzing Analytics problems of clients

- Leveraging thought leadership to design solutions that solve complex problems for customers, hence growing accounts.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree (BE / BTech - CS) from Tier I / II universities (IIT/NIT Preferred)

- 15+ year track record of relevant work experience in Data Analytics and Data engineering roles

- Development and support experience in Data Science

- Architecting, developing, implementing and maintaining Big Data solutions

- Good Understanding of enterprise grade technologies.

- Strong leadership skills & Strong project management skills with experience of delivering high quality projects on time.

- Experience in building, leading & managing large multi-engineer projects and mentoring top-notch engineers
