Director/Senior Director - Business Development - IT

Hiring for a leadership opportunity in Sales/Business Development for one of the leading IT MNC which brings expertise in offering Data and Analytics, AI/ML solutions, Data Science, Data Engineering and Cloud Technologies.

Job Details:

1.10+ years in client-facing roles, of which 4+ years in direct business development roles owning sales and P/L targets, preferably working in Analytics/AI/ML/Big Data/IT services/related consulting services & solutions industries

2.Significant experience working in or with the US market

3.Industry experience / exposure to one or more of the following: Technology (preferably Bay Area)/Media/Telecom/Manufacturing/Transportation/Real Estate

4.Business Consulting Skills

5.Outstanding communication, listening, proposal-deck preparation and presentation skills

6.Reasonable familiarity with analytical problem solving

7.Superlative relationship-building and management skills

8.Willingness to meet and beat revenue and other objective targets for your business unit

9.Super-high levels of discussion-stamina, to be able to talk to multiple prospects as well as multiple internal stakeholders to make wins happen

10.Willingness to travel abroad at short notice

11.Should be able to learn and deliver results quickly

Desired Candidate Profile:

1.Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Sciences

2.Experience across lead lifecycle and lead management strategies

3.Experience in Lead Generation, Digital Marketing, CRM-Sales-Marketing Automation Tools

4.Account Mining expertise

5.Experience in developing and closing major wins

6.Experience in Partnerships/Alliances
