A Leading MC Firm in Data Center business is hiring an Alliance Leader to grow the segment revenue; The Channels and Alliances Lead will be responsible for designing and executing the strategic roadmap to build, expand, and optimize the Company partner ecosystem. This role demands a strong leader who can cultivate long-term relationships with key channel partners, OEMs, system integrators, and alliances, ensuring sustained growth and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and implement the channel & alliances strategy aligned with company business objectives.

- Identify growth opportunities through strategic partnerships and alliances in the DC industry.

- Build, develop, and maintain relationships with channel partners, OEMs, system integrators, and strategic alliance partners.

- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with partners, ensuring mutual success and alignment.

- Establish and achieve revenue targets through partnerships and alliances.

- Monitor partner performance and implement initiatives to maximize ROI.

- Leverage partnerships to penetrate new markets, verticals, and customer segments.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify partnership opportunities.

- Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to align partner strategies with overall business goals.

- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and financial guidelines.

- Monitor contractual obligations and manage partner conflicts when necessary.

- Represent company in industry forums, conferences, and partner events to promote the company's vision and offerings.

Skills/Exp:

- MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum 15-20 years in channel management, alliances, or strategic partnerships, preferably in the IT/Telecom/Data Center sectors.

- Proven track record in driving revenue through partnerships and alliances.

- Good understanding of the data center, cloud, and IT infrastructure ecosystem.

- Experience in managing complex, high-value partnerships across multiple geographies.

- Strategic thinking and business acumen.

- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.

- Ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
