Director - Securities Operations - Shared Services

This is a Director level opportunity with a leading global financial services organization with a large shared services presence in India.

The key roles and responsibilities are listed below:

- Manage teams across functions such as securities operations, asset services, prime brokerage, OTC derivatives clearing and middle office, with the total span exceeding 150 individuals

- Ensure close monitoring of risk metrics and perform continuous reviews of the controls in place

- Manage relationships with global stakeholders and participate in global review meetings

- Periodic reviews of KPI/KRI parameters and thresholds

- Ensure growth of the division and lead transformation and change related initiatives

The key requirements for this position are listed below :

- A minimum of 20 years of experience in financial services industry, with thorough understanding and hands on experience in capital markets

- The successful candidate will be a tenured Director with a leading global financial services firm

- Thorough knowledge and hands on experience in securities, derivatives, prime services and asset servicing is a must

- A proven track record in managing large teams
