Director - SAP Engagement Manager

We have an opportunity for a Director- SAP Engagement manager for one of our client in Mumbai.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for delivery of one or more projects

- Coordinate the handoff between the project and SAP Development Centre, for smooth delivery

- Focus on delivery quality and ensure a very high and positive customer feedback

- Create reference customers through good delivery quality and customer delight

- Full Operations Compliance and Operations Improvement for the engagement

- Drive account growth by pursuing new opportunities with customer

Required Skills:

- Project Management skills in SAP Projects

- Delivered at least 2 SAP Implementation / Rollouts projects for customers

- Customer facing and must have worked at least one engagement at onsite

- Ability to work in teams and lead from the front

- SAP Process Integration

- Excellent communication skills

- Good knowledge of project operations finance costs

- Pre-Sales and Solutions experience
