Director - Sales - US Market | Fintech SaaS Product
Job Description :
- Plan, implement and execute sales strategies and provide leadership to sales team
- Target Midmarket enterprises
- Build a high-performance team
- Manage all steps in sales pipeline including lead generation, qualification, demos, proposals, securing required contract paperwork, customer negotiations and deal closure with a well laid out process.
- Work with Product teams to ensure marketability and saleability.
- Understand and advocate for the sales teams needs and issues
- Research and identify customer prospects and targets in various countries
- Actively discover, acquire, and engage with strategic partners/ consultants/ resellers to drive channel of demand creation and client acquisition across multiple geographies
- Target driven and process driven sales
Liaise with cross functional teams to attain business objectives
- Must be goal oriented and thrive in high ownership environment.
Experience Required :- 8-10+yrs of experience in Sales and minimum 3yrs in US market.
Mandatory Skillset :- Must be strategic, tactical, driven, and analytical.
- Must have experience in working with global partners and customers. USA/ EU work experience would be preferred.
- Should be focused on success of the team and business.
- Must be able to build healthy sales pipeline for various solutions.
- Should be able to do multi-tasking.
- Should be ready to roll up sleeves.
