Director Sales (Trade Finance/ Cross border payments)

The aim is to provide accessible and straightforward trade finance options to SMEs in developing countries, enabling them to obtain financing quickly and easily. By leveraging technology, we strive to simplify the borrowing process and eliminate the burdensome paperwork and bureaucracy, providing customers worldwide with a seamless borrowing experience. Our client is headquartered in Florida, USA, with additional offices in India, Dubai, and Portugal.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategies to exceed Sales targets, expand market share, and drive overall growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and in-person meetings to generate demand.
- Leverage an extensive network to establish and nurture client partnerships.
- Share valuable market insights with cross-functional teams to enhance our offerings.
Candidate Background :
- Post-Graduate with 12-15 years of work experience.
- Proven expertise in sales of Trade Finance products, especially in Factoring.
- Strong network of importer/exporter customers
- Experience in Strategic Leadership, Sales Execution, Client Relationships
