Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Strategy:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans aligned with company goals, ensuring consistent growth and market share expansion.

- Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, providing regular performance reports and implementing strategies to optimize sales performance.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling sales materials and product offerings tailored to client needs.

Business Development & Client Management:

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across diverse segments, including B2B, corporate, tour operators, and educational institutions.

- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new market opportunities.

- Negotiate and close high-value contracts with key clients, ensuring successful customer acquisition and retention.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and exceeding client expectations to ensure continued business partnerships.

Sales Operations & Growth:

- Oversee sales forecasting and budgeting to optimize sales operations and achieve financial goals.

- Implement and maintain effective sales processes and CRM systems to streamline operations and improve team efficiency.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.

- Participate in key client presentations and industry events to build brand awareness and generate new sales leads.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or Director in the tourism, hospitality, or a related B2B sales industry.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving consistent revenue growth.

- Strong understanding of B2B sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and best practices.

- Exceptional leadership, team management, and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
