Director - Sales & Strategy
- Own and exceed annual sales target within assigned territories
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Own projects and exceed expectations, with the ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture
- Managing the performance of the existing sales force - through systems (apps, CRM, etc.), leadership, management process, discipline, helping the salesforce achieve their objectives
- Create strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels
- Understand the competitive landscape and analyse market trends
- Understand and effectively communicate the company's value proposition, technology, process and current partnerships
- Implement national sales program by developing field action plans
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales target for regions and territories
- Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Planning, executing and managing incentives, recognition initiatives, energy creating events
- Analyse data and ensure all reports, analytics and other insight is provided to the sales organization
