Sales Director / Solutions Director RPO
- U'll work with Operational team & Managed Service Team to identify, nourish, develop & harness opportunities to drive Sales of RPO opportunities. Segment & map the Pan India market for success. Fine tune the proposition and messaging for the RPO marketplace
Client Relationships & Sales Growth - RPO
- Establish understanding of existing client base to include current servicing requirements and future service opportunities.
- Identify targets to up-sell existing or new services.
- Partner with operations to improve service delivery.
- Drive schedule of PSL reviews and presentations
- Identify and target new client opportunities.
- Work with operations to develop commercial pricing models.
- Follow up on client leads as identified from operations.
- Partner with operations to drive go to market strategy.
- Work with the team and all client presentations and RFP's
- Deliver agreed growth targets across PAN India RPO Business
- Partner with operations to establish target RPO opportunities.
- Develop client proposition to present to RPO targets.
- Lead RPO presentations to RPO targets
- Work with operations to develop commercial pricing models.
- Manage and oversee team and all RPO presentations and RFP's.
- Build relationships with clients within account portfolio. Act as a primary point of contact for client program teams and Co's operations.
- Actively participate in the preparation and delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR's) and other client meetings; create and implement sourcing and fulfillment strategies for each account; serve as an escalation point for matters that cannot be resolved by the program management team; and align departmental deliverables with the business financial goals to help achieve revenue and GM targets.
- Hire, manage, train, develop a team of managers and leaders; responsible for overall management of program including contractual agreements and performance to SLA's and KPI's.
- Development of financial knowledge and responsibility for segments of the account(s) through effective financial management and forecasting. Partnering with the VP/Sr. Director level supervisor to expand existing accounts, identify new customers, and positively impact planned budget.
- Create and implement customized training materials that align with company standards and focus on key customer initiatives. Partnering with ES Leaders, Director of Training and other company stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and execution.
- Ensure policies, procedures and practices are complied with, and support pre-sales and sales activities by participating in proposal responses to RFI's or RFP's as well as sales presentations.

- Help to shape a culture of teamwork with the Operational Director and Management team through ensuring that there is sufficient sharing of communication, information, and knowledge.

- Business Development & Database Development
- Ensure that all business activity is driven.
- Create a focus on building market share through creating communities.
- Expand Co's service offering across more disciplines or deeper into existing areas.
- Create a plan for ongoing contact enhancement.
- Develop and execute an ongoing marketing plan to communicate with your relevant communities.
- Fully understand the dynamics of your market including, scale, market share, our delivery rate, competitors etc
- Set targets & monitor client visits.
- Generate & implement new marketing initiatives.
- Continue to develop own commerciality and market awareness through being fully up to date on the market news that may impact the business area.
Information and Process Improvement :
- Ensure accuracy of information through regular quality audits
- Lead the development of Management Information to help the business drive real understanding of actual performance and opportunity identification.
- Ensure all contractual terms including rates, tenure reductions, rebates etc are adhered to.
- Ensure 100% compliance.
- Ensure operations teams are complying with Co's clients' policies, procedures and ethics.
Qualification And Experience :
1. Minimum 20 Years Proven sales & relationship/account management skills within the RPO Industry.
2. Detailed understanding of RPO/MSP operations from an internal or agency supply perspective
3. Experience in tender response/bid processes
4. Excellent communication and influencing skills.
5. Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
6. Good understanding of client's market sector and knowledge of competitors
7. Proven relationship building skills.
8. Proven time management and organisational skills
9. Professional approach - committed to excelling in service quality.
10. Self-motivated with ability to use initiative - a "can do" attitude.
