The position leads the sales P&L for our client that carries expertise in manufacturing of solar products for utility scale and C&I solar projects. The position will play a key role in developing strategy for leveraging channel distribution and key accounts for increasing the organisation's market share in India.
- Develop channel development and engagement strategy for revenue generation and marketing penetration
- Develop key account management plans to engage with senior stakeholders in the industry to target utility scale opportunities
- Develop and manage a high performance sales team
- Partner with the rest of the leadership team to develop business strategies leveraging her/his market insights and customer understanding
- They must have experience of managing and developing large sales team with focus on increasing revenues and market shares. Must be able to manage multiple stakeholder relationships internally and externally to leverage market intel for business development. Excellent communication and management skills, with openness to travel.
