Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in a mid-sized software service company. The ideal candidate will have 12-18 years of experience in IT service companies, with a strong focus on B2B, corporate, and solution sales, particularly in the Indian market with some exposure to overseas markets. The candidate must have a proven track record of bringing in heavy enterprise logos and be an expert in building teams, processes, and acquiring customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes.

- Drive B2B, corporate, and solution sales efforts in the Indian market, with some focus on international markets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients.

- Identify and secure new business opportunities and enterprise clients.

- Mentor and train the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

- 12-18 years of experience in sales within IT service companies.

- Proven track record in B2B, corporate, and solution sales.

- Extensive experience in the Indian market, with some exposure to overseas markets.

- Successful history of acquiring and managing enterprise clients.

- Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Exceptionally target-oriented and driven to achieve results.
