Looking for Director Sales for a SaaS platform company in Bangalore.
The ideal candidate should have 10-12 years experience with a back ground in consultative and Enterprise Sales. The role involves strategic positioning, client relationship building and maintaining and CXO interactions.
- He should come from a Saas Solution Sales background OR an enterprise product selling background.
- He should be a tenaciously ambitious person with a bias for action & an enviable track record of over achieving business results & driving SaaS Sales.
- The - Go to- person for breaking ground with new category software across geographies.
- A - Do-itter when it comes to getting a foot-in-the-door and there after strategically expanding in tough-to-crack Enterprise Sales accounts
- He should have the ability to build highly competent and motivated sales environment for sustainable success in a short span of time
- A proven track record in over-achieving sales target and driving strong growth in various categories
- Adept at CXO level selling with a keen interest in tying up consultative sales approach with buyer persona based selling to maximise the win-rate chances
- Value-selling Evangelist with a keen interest in capturing customer feedback to sharpen the product development roadmap
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with a penchant for taking calculated risks
- Believes in Internal Selling & Networking with teams from Customer Success, Sales Operations, Product Development, Marketing, etc
