Director Sales - SaaS Startup
Role - Must Have's :
- Role handles West and North India
- Looking for young achievers from startup background.
- Will handle a large sales team.
- Looking for candidates with 8-12 years experience in core B2B sales.
- Must be under 40 years of age and with a good knowledge of Mumbai market
The Role :
- Part of the core leadership team, will spearhead sales acquisition and operations initiatives.
- Responsible for building teams, driving key process metrics, bringing strong customer focus .
- Will be responsible for strategic partnerships .
- Role will be working directly with founders and leadership team
- Develop short and long-term strategies to efficiently grow the business.

- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent stake holder management ( internal and external)
- Young and ambitious
