Job Description :


- Lead the India sales and account management function



- Own the P&L for India as a region


Client Details :

Our client is a Series B funded startup that helps sales teams achieve their full potential with the help of their suite of products. They are a market leader in conversational intelligence and backed by marquee investors.

Description :

- Lead the India Sales and account management function

- Drive exponential revenue growth in the India region



- Lead a sales team of 20+ and double it up in net few quarters



- Weekly, monthly, quarterly forecast meetings, business reviews, monitoring of the sales activity of the team, and tracking of results.



- Manage end to end client delivery and renewals/up sell/cross-sell along with support functions


Profile :

- 12+ years of experience in selling to mid-market, SMB as well as enterprise.

- Should have led multi-tiered sales teams (at least a 10 member sales teams)



- Must have had experience of selling in the Indian markets



- MBA from tier 1 is preferred, but not mandatory
