We're looking for an experienced Director of Sales who will build and nurture relationships with current and prospective clients, devise strategies to meet goals, and assess the financial aspects of selling our services and products.

- Collaborate with product teams to customize offerings to meet market demands.
- Cultivate strong client, partner, and stakeholder relationships to drive business growth.
- Continuously refine sales processes through market research and competitive analysis.
- Provide comprehensive training and development programs to empower the sales team.
- Deliver insightful sales reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Great if you've achieved this:
- Successfully scaled company revenue from $5 million to $10 million+ in the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record in SaaS, with 7+ years of deep expertise in sales leadership.
- Demonstrated leadership in consistently acquiring mid-market & enterprise accounts
- Established strategic partnerships with key clients and stakeholders.
What you will achieve in 90 days:
- Develop a deep understanding of company's solutions and their unique value propositions.
- Establish sales process to help us consistently acquire mid market and enterprise customers
- Build rapport and gain insights into the existing sales team dynamics and performance.
- Assess current sales strategies, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
- Begin executing strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
What you will achieve in 180 days:
- Lead the sales team to achieve atleast 80% quarterly and annual revenue targets, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Become a voice of the customer and source of insight for the customer success team, product team and founders.
- Implement refined sales strategies based on market feedback and competitive analysis to drive growth.
- Expand Recruiterflow's client base by acquiring new mid market & enterprise-level accounts and enhancing relationships with existing clients.
- Enhance sales performance through advanced analytics and continuous process refinement.
