Sales Director

Location: Bangalore.

Experience: 10+ years.

Work model: WFO

Shift: 4pm to 1:30am

Role:

- As the Sales Director, you will spearhead PFT's sales initiatives, driving business growth and building strategic client relationships.

- You will lead the sales team in achieving revenue targets, developing market strategies, and identifying new business opportunities.

- The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with proven experience inB2B sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles, especially within the tech or SaaS domains.

Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share.

- Collaborate with senior management to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.

- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

- Foster a high-performance culture and ensure skill development within the team.

- Business Development: Identify and target new market segments and industries.

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to secure high-value partnerships.

- Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to deal closure.

- Ensure robust CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting of sales performance.

- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to tailor solutions to client needs and enhance the overall customer experience.

- Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements.

- Use insights to refine sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Qualifications & Desired Skills:

- Proven track record of at least 10 years in B2B sales, with 3+ years in a leadership role (experience in SaaS or tech solutions is preferred).

- Strong ability to engage and influence C-level executives.

- Demonstrated success in developing and closing complex sales opportunities.

- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales technologies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
