- The Sales Director is responsible for providing Sales and Marketing leadership for the business across the country in order to meet the business goals of SARE Homes.
- Further, the position will provide thought leadership by developing effective channel and marketing strategies to continuously enlarge the customer pipe and openly look at Customer Segments.
- The role will also be responsible for purposeful engagement of acquired customers and fulfillment of commitments.
- It will also provide leadership and direction to sales leaders and teams through effective communication, setting expectations, and monitoring and driving sales results.
- Lead people managers by providing direction and leadership to sales leaders and their sales teams
- Develop strategic business plan across regions ensuring long term region success and growth
- Engage with the Real Estate trade comprising Channel Partners, Agent Advisors. Corporate Organizations and NRI customers.
- Develop sales strategies utilizing marketing and technology to increase sales in each region
- Attract, develop and retain quality sales associates - Provide guidance and support to members of the team to enhance production and producitivity.
- Designing and Deploying the - road To Market- (Channel Strategy)
- Responsible for designing and deployment of the company's sales structure
- Develop and deploy effective communication across regions and with other departments
- Ensure - Train and develop Sales Associates to develop product knowledge and sales skills
- Achieve balanced performance of Area Heads on their teams
- Develop target markets and blitz sessions, follow-up on marketing efforts incuding Digital Marketing and utilizing it for Sales Objectives
- Develop, implement, and drive an effective lead generation and referral program
- Design and Deploy processes for the Sales Teams on the end to end sales
- Develop and execute long term growth plan like career - paths, Long Term Incentive Plans, for Hi-Pos, Sales RnR linked to productivity.
- Post Graduate in any discipline
- At least 4-5 years in insurance sales in a leadership position
- Competence in knowledge about products, processes, etc. and experience in Real Estate/High Value Sales/BFSI
