Director - Sales Planning & Operations - Tech SaaS
About the Client: Our client is one of the leading players in the Customer Experience space having SaaS-based solutions and helping SMB clients in the US Market. They are a well funded and profitable company selling in the US region.
Role :
- The role is to manage the sales operations and sales planning for the inside sales team in India and helping them grow new clients and retain the existing business
- Work in market segmentation
- Allocate resources as per the need of the geography
- Build operational sales logistics and plans around it
- Implement processes and ensure technology (Salesforce) is functional
The role is based out of Gurgaon. (Shift - 2 pm - 11 pm IST)
The candidate would report to the VP-Sales Operations (in US) and should have -
- 13+ years of experience
- MBA preferred
- Strong understanding of sales operations and planning and work experience with US clients in SMB & Mid Market
