Poistion : Partnership Alliance Sales Head (Sales Director level)
Job Role & Responsibility:
- Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership solutions
- Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy.
- Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners.
- Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.
- Expand existing relationships and enable our existing partners by developing go-to-market strategies that are executed in the field.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Ability to inspire and persuasively communicate ideas, overcome obstacles, lead people, compel partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and proven experience to make an immediate impact
- Strong customer and partner focus on establishing and developing long term, lasting relationships that drive revenue. Existing relationships with identified target partners a bonus
- Expand existing relationships and enable our existing partners by developing go-to-market strategies that are executed in the field
Requirement
- MBA degree from top ranked universities preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience (Must possess sales background) (Should be from a healthcare industry only)
- Must have majorly worked in B2B working experience
- Prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships
- Excellent presentation skills, excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Should be a self-starter and should have good networks in the hospitality and healthcare Industry
- Prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships
- Good experience developing a successful business through the channel and proven leadership abilities leading a team
- Extensive experience working with partners, channels, and integrators to build strategic programs that drive awareness, demand and sales
- Strong experience and expertise leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented, very organized, self-starter, understanding of the psychology of sales & the sales process
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills
- Adaptive to startup culture
