Position: Director – Sales Operations
Key responsibilities:
1. Leads the Business to ensure established revenue, cost containment, and service targets are met.
2. Leads the Sales team to take a focused approach to solving business challenges by developing action plans that address specific risks and opportunities within each supporting department to meet or exceed net profit goals
3. Takes a leadership role in the development of all Sales strategy plans. Successfully advocates and achieves the necessary support to improve the retail operating efficiencies.
4. Development & management of the total sales organization by implementing a Robust SOP’s across the Retail and Distribution network.
5. Leads the operations team in the implementation and continued management of the best practises in customer service to achieve financial goals and Customer satisfaction.
6. Leads New product category planning and development, resulting to a growth in the Topline and bottomline.
7. Works closely with direct reports to develop and implement ongoing performance goals, improvement plans, training and career progression in a timely manner.
