Director - Sales - Ocean Freight
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales with a strong focus on Ocean Freight to lead our global logistics business. The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies specifically for the ocean freight division, with the aim of achieving revenue targets, increasing market share, and driving overall growth for the company. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment in sales and leadership experience in the ocean freight industry.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies specifically for the ocean freight division to achieve revenue targets, increase market share, and drive overall growth for the company.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients and partners to expand the company's customer base in the ocean freight sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the ocean freight industry to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and global economic developments to inform sales strategy.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team within the ocean freight division, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to achieve their targets.
- Work closely with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's/P.G degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in B-to-B sales, with a focus on the ocean freight industry.
- Candidate must have experience in domestic market sales.
