About our Client - Our client is a leading MNC Pharmaceuticals company with a wide portfolio of products across generic drugs and OTC drugs. With presence over 20 countries, they have over 1000 patented drugs. A strong brand name coupled with an intensive focus on R&D, has put our client ahead of competition. With a recent shift in focus on emerging markets, Our client has entered Indian market in generic drugs category 10 years back and has recently started to develop their OTC network for which they are looking to hire an individual to spearhead the process.
Job Description - Reporting directly to the CMO, you will be responsible for:
- Driving revenue targets across channels in the Indian market
- Build a sales strategy for distribution of the products
- Choose strategic channel partners to expand the distribution network
- Set-up and build a team of active individuals to drive the OTC sales business
- Effective promotion of the products across all the channels
The Successful Candidate - You will be a Science Graduate, preferably B.Pharm with an MBA from top tier B-School. You will have relevant Pharmaceutical/FMCG sales experience of minimum 12 years. You will be a motivational leader and a hard working individual. You will be good at communication skills and an achiever.
