Director - Sales & Marketing - IT

Flexi-I Partners is a boutique executive search firm with offices in India, Qatar, UAE and Oman.

For a leading IT client in Qatar, we have been retained to hire a Sales and Marketing Director.

The Position :

Role : Sales and Marketing Director

Reports into the group CEO

Would be responsible for :

- P&L of the IT business

- C Level reporting

- Team Management

Would manage :

a) Business Development

b) Sales

c) Marketing

d) Product development/ management

The Person :

- 15-18 years experience in IT sales and marketing

- Should have worked with companies providing tailor made IT solutions to large corporate and Government.

- Should have handled a P&L responsibility of 40 million USD topline.

- Should have been the No-1 in the department.

- Must have done his Education in Marketing.
