About our Client - Our client is one of the largest Healthcare company with presence across the globe in over 30 countries with annual turnover of around $10bn. They are known for their Quality, Compliance and innovation in the Healthcare industry. To drive the growth in the organization, our client is looking for a dynamic individual to head their Oncology team.
Job Description - Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:
- Leads the execution of regional marketing strategy; processes and transfers marketing strategy into sales objectives.
- Develops sales plans and budgets maintaining shared responsibility for business unit P&L and achievement of OM goals.
- Implements Account Management initiatives to improve in the reduction of missing information.
- Builds and manages and external relationships with key customers directly or through collaboration with Key Account Executives; maintains strong internal network with the unit's operations organization to maximize efficiency and the delivery of services.
- Oversees the development of sales forecasts through analysis and interpretation of general economic, industry, marketing, and sales data.
- Ultimately responsible for the recruitment, selection, retention, and motivation of the unit's commercial organization including training, development, and performance management.
- Ensures compliance with company policy and government regulations.
The Successful Candidate - You will be an MBA/M.Pharm/M.Sc with over 15 years experience in the Healthcare industry with an experience in Oncology as a therapy. You will have atleast 5 years of Managerial experience and should have handled a P&L of atleast $10mn. You will have excellent communication skills and should have experience handling KOLs.
