Job Description - While reporting directly to the MD, you will be responsible for planning, developing and delivering the marketing strategy for all products, services and associated brand(s), including building the new products and innovation pipeline.

Description
As the Director for the B2B business, you will be responsible for:
- Disseminating information that promotes a favourable view of the organisation and its products and services.
- Building strong pan-India distribution network for food service and bakery products distribution, customer development and account management
- Evaluating, measuring and leading the product/brand profit and loss.
- Developing mid-to-long-term plans to optimise the organisation, function or sub function and the talent needed for the job, like building regional key account management structure for food service and bakery products distribution.
- Meeting product volume and profit targets.
- You will also provide strategic leadership, development and talent management for direct reports, which may include forecasting resource needs, recruiting, hiring, performance management, training and budgeting.
Profile
A successful candidate would have the following:
- 18 to 22 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to handle scale and complexity
- Strong account management experience
- Experience in scaling up a business
- Excellent communication skills
