- 12-15 years - including 3-5 years of regional sales leadership (large organizations) OR national sales leadership (medium/small organization). Must include channel sales experience.
- Selling experience in, and, knowledge of Indian rural markets preferred.
- Experience in product management, marketing and/or supply chain preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and motivate a sales team for high performance & excellence.
- Working knowledge of finance especially margins, costing & working capital
Purpose;
- This position is responsible for leading the organisation's Indian In-Country sales, distribution & marketing program entailing development and roll out of the sales & marketing strategy.
- The incumbent will lead a team of sales, marketing and agronomy professionals to deliver program objectives.
- The position is a key member of the organisation's India Leadership Team and participates in development of PAN India business strategy.
