Job Description :
- Our client is looking for a leader and an executor for their sales function with a focus on driving revenue and growth. The director will lead a high performing sales team and cross functionally work with other departments in the organisation.

- Knowledge of the B2B SaaS market, with a deep understanding of the sales process and customer buying behaviour
- Understanding of sales-related technology, such as CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Strong managerial and leadership abilities, including the capacity to inspire and guide a sales team
- Proven track record of sales success, including meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with customers at all levels
- Ability to analyze market trends and competition, and to develop and execute sales strategies accordingly
- Work directly with the founders
