Sales Director - IT Staffing for a Global IT Services Company
Role & responsibilities :
- Our client is focused on IT staffing
- P&L responsibility for India sales.
- Responsible for new business development and identify areas and opportunities within the accounts
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships ad to grow customer loyalty.
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
- Need to communicate, present and influence executive and C-level of the clients.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
- Re Leading and motivating staff to improve customer service with clients.
- Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets.
- Establishing a sales training program to train new employees.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 10+ years experience in a similar role.
- Expertise in staffing segment specifically in IT staffing.
- Proven track record of consistent revenue and margin growth in large business unit with multiple regions.
- Motivate sales and recruiting functions to jointly deliver and exceed headcount, revenue and margin targets.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
- Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
