Position Summary :
The Director Sales is responsible for the strategic market development, managing and executing sales strategy, sales plans, setting and measuring sales goals, negotiating customer contracts, maintaining senior level customer relationships, managing partner relationships, and managing as well as developing the sales team.
We are looking for self-motivated, Passionate and resourceful individuals to help us continue deliver exceptional services and solutions to our customers.
Requirements :
- Experience in Managed Services Sales
- Experience in selling to CIOs, Vice President IT, Head of IT, CFOs, Head of LOB of mid-size companies in North America
- Successful sales leadership working for either a Value added reseller, Managed Services, Cloud Services companies
- Strong background in hunting and building a hunting sales team
- Experience working in high growth environments and closing deals with midsize companies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate the value and distinct feature sets of the solution and services
- Empathetic to customer needs with a strong focus on customer success and building long term relationship
- Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to gain access to target customers.
- Coach sales professionals to penetrate accounts, captivate decision makers, and overcome selling obstacles.
- Ability to establish relationships at CXO level and enable selling especially in pandemic situation.
