We are looking for Sales Director for Europe region.

Job title: Sales Director

Experience required: 15 year - 20 years

Qualification required: B. Tech - Mechanical / Production/ Electronics; MBA is Sales & Marketing would be plus.

Job Location: Remote

Must have skills:

- In-depth interaction with Europe / German clients.

- Identification, tracking, positioning, and tendering of new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Functional expertise for New Business Development, Strategic Account Management, Business Planning, and Productivity Improvements.

2. Identify client business needs and business challenges, forecast requirements, and work on proposals for customized business solutions.

3. Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

4. Closes new business deals by effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations. Coordinating requirements with internal team; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

5. Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts by selling the below-mentioned variety of services to the customer.

a. Engineering Services: Product & system engineering, Manufacturing Automation, Electrical - PLC, HMI, SCADA, Control Panel & harness Design projects.

b. Software/ IT Services: Custom Software Engineering - .NET, Full Stack, Java, PHP, etc. Mobile Apps - Android and iOS / Web Design and Development / Graphics solutions / Data Content management and Technical publishing / Technical staffing

c. Embedded Design Services: Product Development, Embedded Electronic Design, and Medical & Consumer Electronics. Electronics Design Services, Mechanical Design, Hardware Engineering, Embedded Systems, Middleware, Applications Software & Product Testing, Verification & Validation services etc.

6. Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.

7. Manage the proposal development process and maintain the timelineses for the proposal teams.

8. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Desired Skill Set:

1. Expertise in lead generation management, bid management, visit management, customer account management and relationship management with internal and external Europe-based clients.

2. Should have strong sales intelligence, Multi-tasking skills, Negotiation, Analytical skills and presentation skills.


3. Should possess Sales aptitude, spontaneous thought process and go-getter attitude.

4. Proven success in accessing new clients & new markets

5. Ability to work independently with a team peers & partners.

6. Basic understanding of Information Security Management system

7. Having experience in USA territory would be plus and willing to travel to USA/ UK for Short / Long term basis.
