Job Description:
Demonstrated experience working within the IT/Enterprise/Media community
Should have exposure and knowledge of the target market in the region
Must have thorough knowledge of business processes and business problems with the ability to create and articulate solutions
To generate sales, analyze market trends, analyze client needs and responsible for the development and performance of sales activities in assigned market
Job responsibilities include establishing Sales Targets, designing and implementing Sales Strategies to meet the targets, mapping the accounts to identify new opportunities and expand the customer base.
Explore new opportunities on continuous basis and present business cases to top management
Coordinate transactions, commercials and project communications between clients and offshore in-house team
Essential Duties and responsibilities:
- Should have the ability to understand the business requirements and Sales needs of the organizations by interacting with C level executives and Sales leaders at these organizations
- Manage and coach in-house sales team to achieve departmental targets
- Growing existing accounts & Develop new accounts with long term perspective
- Follow up on all hot leads / enquiries to convert them to orders
- Generating and activating potential customers database through references, presentations and client visits
- Should be able to plan and formulate effective Marketing strategies for continuous growth of the organization
- Hands on experience on complete Sales cycle
- Develop and maintain working relationships at all levels
- Should be excellent in presentation, reports and price quotation
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business is preferred but not required
Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
Functional Skills:
- Domain expertise on relevant business and sales expertise
- Understanding of B2B Sales business
