2. New accounts
a. Create industry connects
b. Introduce MPS
3. Thought leadership
a. Able to consult and advise on engagement and delivery models
b. Understands the startup and enterprise ecosystem
Skills:
1. Pricing and contracts
2. Pleasant negotiator
3. Customer advocacy
4. Effective communicator
Expertise:
1. Has connections in the IT and startup industries
2. Able to connect and navigate within an organization or open new opportunities
3. Good understanding of one of the business verticals/industries (FinTech or Retail or High-tech, etc)
4. Knowledge about the IT Services industry
5. Building and managing client relationships at the VP, and CXO level
