Job description
- Devise, implement, and modify as needed specific sales strategy that aligns with company goals
- Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth
- Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
- Understand client requirements and work with presales and solution teams to address client requirements
- Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and drive, with the ability to persuade and inspire sales staff
- Attend forums, conferences and build relationships with technology partners and advisors to generate leads
- The ability to establish new accounts and grow business throughout the organization and drive customer satisfaction into the entire account
Desired Skills and Experience
- 10 - 15 Years of selling Managed Infrastructure and security services and a minimum of 5 years playing a leadership role in Sales for Australia
- Should have worked in the geography and a strong network within the customers in the region.
- Proven record of successfully achieving sales targets and goals
- High energy, self-motivated, and highly driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization,
- Bachelor's Degree must. MBA preferred
