About the Role:
This role would involve complete ownership of the business with special focus on sales and distribution.
- Growth: Identifying and opening new cities, new channels and growth in existing channels.
- Distribution: Defining distribution channels, onboarding distributors or establishing direct distribution (warehouse, trucks etc.): Setting up distributors. controlling in-flow/out-flow, finances and settlements with distributor and Payment collections
- Sales: Building sales team as well as defining sales model. Point of sale marketing (POSM), promotional activities and offers for retailers. Setting up Merchandisers, promoters- network. Experimenting with and handling new sales channels - vending machines, modern trade, general trade etc.
- B2B Sales/ events: Onboarding/ listing retail chains. Ensuring fulfillment of sales payments from the clients. ensuring proper events in the city.
- Operations: Streamlining process related to forward supply chain, traceability, and logistics.

- 8-10 years of total work experience in sales in FMCG (Start-up experience/ Food & Beverage experience rewarded)
