Executive Hiring is looking for a Director - Sales for an MNC FMCG, based in Mumbai.
- Post Grad in Marketing from IIM's/XL/FMS/SPJIMR/MDI/SIBM etc. with 10-12 years of hard core FMCG Sales experience of which at least last 2 years in Regional / National Leadership Role.
- Candidate from the FMCG is mandatory.
THE KRA's :
Business Delivery: Topline, bottom-line
Coaching and Development:
- Coach and lead sales team.
- Leading the Customer management actions
- Delivering top class execution of launches that requires planning, directing and tracking.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for increase of market share and profitability on sustainable basis in line with Annual Business Plan.
- Align and Execute the Commercial strategy with the distribution and sales team. Ensuring effective delivery of coverage, productivity, distribution, in store merchandizing
- Deliver excellent execution of new product or category or initiative launches in the market
- Design and implement Customer Development strategies, drive execution and deliver growth
- Identify, create and develop new market opportunities,
- Coordinate with multi-functional teams in demand planning and forecasting, planning trade promotions and sales capability building
- Manage Channel partners: Develop and build relations with various stakeholders. Maintain strong relationship with top key account business partners.
- Motivate & direct Sales team to achieve key performance targets.
