Job Duties :
- Accomplish regional sales and financial objectives by means of forecasting
- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for the region
- Maintains and expands customer base directly as well as by counseling regional sales managers, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, identifying new customer opportunities
- Align and work with partners at regional level to increase and track the funnel
- Ensure proper enablement of the partners at regional levels
- Mentoring, orienting, coaching, counseling and disciplining the regional sales and pre sales teams. Communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions
- Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; productivity, quality.
- Candidate should be based out of Mumbai with an impeccable sales track record in the enterprise corporate accounts. He should be able to drive revenues independently and as well as along with the partners and in return receiving significant financial remuneration as well as career development and an opportunity to work alongside the very best in the industry.
Person :
- Hands on experience of 14-18 yrs.
- Relentless, Strong minded, committed and self-drive
- Exceptional sales talent with an unrivaled track record of over performance
- Strong background of handling enterprise solution/software or storage
- Preference will be given to the candidate who has handled Large account or Govt segment
- Preference would be given to the candidate with BE, B Tech background.
