Job Description :
- Support development / enhancement of the latest sales decks, including Proposal and SOW Templates by gathering requirements from the potential clients and working across with Internal Stakeholders
- Be a SPOC and bridge between clients and Practice heads

Description :
- Support development / enhancement of the latest sales decks, including Proposal and SOW Templates
- Support development / enhancement of Estimation/Pricing tools for Powered and Accelerate products and liaise with key stakeholders to document updates & execute annually
- Gather / Maintain quals database / client success stories
- Maintain proposal & SOW examples / inserts
- Maintain solution statistics & support cross border deals with info requests
- Planning annual budget, including staff planning, rolling forecast, recruiting, cost management and decision making to achieve department goals whilst managing multinational team.
Profile :
- Overall IT experience of 12+ years with relevant experience in any of the ERP platforms ( Oracle, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow )
- Background in client delivery, preferably technical background
- 5+ years of presales and presales support
- Strong Stakeholder management skills
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Innovative mindset and outlook
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
