Director - Sales Effectiveness & Productivity - Global SAAS Unicorn
Retained by a Indian SAAS unicorn for a Director, Sales strategy and productivity to lead both sales development, enablement and sales effectiveness. You will be responsible for sales process design and execution of pipeline development and sales effectiveness strategies for revenue growth.
What You'll Do:
Lead a global team responsible for inbound and outbound pipeline generation as well as sales effectiveness, enablement and productivity;
- Identifying training and enablement opportunities to drive sales effectiveness
- Deliver strategic improvements and efficiencies for sales effectiveness content and tools to ensure the sales organization continues to meet and exceed sales goals, while optimizing productivity

What You'll Need
- Extensive experience in a sales environment, preferably in a high-growth and fast-paced SaaS environment; proven senior global leadership experience, with knowledge of sales and business development and enablement
- MBA with 10+ years of high performance experience
