Overall goals :
- Scale India Schools to an Annual Run Rate of USD 100 Million by June 2020

Responsibilities :
- Ensure achievement of revenue goals every quarter
- For Telephone Sales Teams
- Increase revenue per programme advisor
- Increase lead to enrolment ratio
- For Channel Sales Teams
- Setup a channel sales team covering 100 to 150 districts across India
- Achieve 33% of revenues to come from channel sales by June 2020
- For Feet-On-Street Sales Teams
- Setup a feet-on-street sales team covering top 20 cities in India
- Achieve 33% of revenues to come from channel sales by June 2020
Skills Required :
- Experience running revenue management for a USD 100 - 200 Million P&L
- Experience operating in an environment where brand integrity and compliance is to be met 100%
- Experience building and managing multi-channel sales
- Innovation, boundaryless thinking (involved in marketing, delivery etc.)
- Personal traits achievement orientation, growth hungry, analytical, imaginative, find solutions, work with people, energize those around
- MBA/PGDBM from a Tier 1 B School
- 10-15 years experience in handling all round sales global orgs
- ECom Sales experience will be an added advantage
