Description
- Build quarterly / annual business development plan for the region in consultation with stakeholders
- Provide quality leadership to a team of sales people
- Attending conferences and industry events.
- Ideating, designing and executing regional strategies and maintaining relationships with the stakeholders
- Lead initiatives that will help identify business expansion opportunities within existing and new channels
- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Outstanding written and spoken English
- Exposure to various stakeholders in the industry with whom the Sales Director will be liaising on a regular basis.
