About our Client:
Our client is the leading player in vocational training in the education sector, having long drawn presence in multiple other sectors.
Role:
1. Develop and implement an effective sales strategy in line with overall business vision to achieve desired enrollment numbers.
2. People Management - Establishes and maintains performance for all sales department employees, and monitors performance on a continual basis.
3. This person will be responsible for utilizing counseling/tele calling team effectively for conversions.
4. Implementation and management of CRM system
5. Seeks out and targets new group of students and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business
6. Lead and influence a successful and experienced sales team.
7. Monitor, analyze sales and market trends.
8. Responsible for driving revenue and use learning's from that experience to refine sales processes and to build an appropriate team.
9. Utilize existing account management processes and reporting systems
10. Responsible for the set Goals by Cycle, and the Annual Goals
11. Place high emphasis and understanding on each Sales Step until the Final Enrollment Step, from Cycle to Cycle
About the Candidate :
- Minimum Master's degree in relevant field with at least 12-18 years of relevant work experience.
- Market Analysis - Has access to and uses data to understand what drives growth in various educational markets
- Strategy Development- Formulates strategy on products & services, anticipates and is responsive to industry market trends by strategic decision making.
- Education Sector Expertise - Possesses a deep understanding of the location's history of education, its institutions, as well as the current political, economic and social conditions and can anticipate trends for the future.
