Job Description: Director of Sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy and Execution:- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan tailored to penetrate and capture market share within the mobile application sector.

- Prospecting and Lead Generation:- Identify and prioritize target accounts and prospects among mobile application companies. Utilize various channels such as networking, cold calling, and digital outreach to generate leads.

- Relationship Building:- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target accounts.

- Consultative Selling:- Understand prospective clients' cybersecurity needs and challenges. Articulate how our SaaS solutions can effectively address these challenges and deliver value.

- Deal Closure:- Drive the sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and closure. Meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets on a consistent basis.

- Market Intelligence:- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments related to mobile application security and cybersecurity SaaS solutions.

- Collaboration:- Work closely with marketing, product management, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on strategies, customer requirements, and ongoing support needs.

- Reporting:- Provide regular updates, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports to senior management. Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.

Qualifications:

- Proven Track Record:- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally within the cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology sectors. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Industry Knowledge:- Familiarity with mobile application development, cybersecurity trends, and the SaaS business model.

- Strategic Thinker:- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

- Communication Skills:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Relationship Builder:- Exceptional interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport, credibility, and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Self-Motivated:- Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to achieving goals.

Education:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
