Client is into Analytics-driven Products for Niche domain of Legal Interception and also Commercial segment.
Incumbent must be an outright "Hunter" with exp in Africa / Germany geo cracking deals in Govt segment.
Base location: Noida/ Indore
Target Geo: Nigeria / Germany
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full Sales cycle from lead discovery, sales engagement, sales closure, and delivery
- Handling regulatory issues and other on the ground nuances that drive government procurement
- Work with solution delivery team and pre-sales function to develop the right offering for the end customers
- Manage the full life cycle of RFPs/RFI/Tenders and building a strategy to respond in a way that it will be strategically beneficial to Client
- Plan with product/service delivery teams for successful delivery and acceptance of the solution
- Negotiate contracts, license agreements, and commercial term
- Plan strategic partnership and manage the commercial relationship with them.
- Maintain frequent contact with existing and potential law enforcement agencies to develop new sales opportunities, with an emphasis on Federal and State Agencies
- Monitor assigned region for competitive activities, trends, and marketplace changes.

- Large scale law enforcement contract management experience is a plus; including prospecting/tracking, bid response/submittal, performance/delivery management in the target market

Qualification:
- Experience: 10 - 13 years (32 - 35yrs age), at least 8 years in a leadership role in an IT product company or in enterprise solutions organization
- Preferably MBA + Engineer - Must have handled a team
