Plan, Execute & Deliver financial results on a consistent basis. Lead & grow our sales teams as we scale the solutions addressing various types of clients and alliance partners across the region. You will work closely with the Country Sales Head and will be part of our expanding country sales management team to develop new business, articulate optimal markets, and build go-to-market strategies, with emphasis on hands-on engagement.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Sourcing and maintaining deep relationships with Direct customers in winning mandates and developing a strong pipeline of deals
- Identify, engage and manage strategic alliance partners to grow the Indirect Business for a mutual long-term growth and value.
- Plan and help to execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Constantly review and report market information in the areas of Data Privacy and Encryption Tools, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, etc.
- Develop and execute 'Go-To Market' strategies that quantifies and map industry needs, product capabilities, and use of optimum resource deployments.
- Thought Leadership and speaking engagements, Visible and active participation in events and conferences
- Contribute by writing articles in professional social media and industry communications.
- Work with multiple stakeholders in a high-pressure environment and build positive team relationships
- Should have a disdain for the status quo; able to think and act outside the confines of the job description, desire to contribute value in other areas of the business.

Requirements :
- Diploma / Degree in Sales/Marketing Business Administration with 10+ years experience working in and managing highly effective Sales or BD teams. Digital Marketing experience will be an added advantage.
- Experience in managing direct and indirect sales structure with a strong professional network, preferably with software product technology companies..
- Sales Leader, who is willing to experiment with new products and business models in a rapid growth market. Organized, thoughtful and execution-oriented
- Ability to define and execute on a sales strategy, build and lead a winning team.
- Should have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building businesses.
- Should be highly goal-oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem-solver.
- Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization and with customers.
- You have excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with any of the CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Freshworks CRM) would be a plus.
