We are actively seeking an experienced and talented sales leader to join our Financial & Risk organization in ASEAN, with primary responsibility for our Malaysia business. This is a management role within the ASEAN Go-To-Market (GTM) organization and the candidate will be based in our F&R Malaysia office.

- The candidate will be responsible for the overall execution of our strategic priorities, customer retention initiative including various financial metrics.

- This Sales Leader will play the critical role of ongoing engagement with our key customers, regulators, industry bodies and partners.

- The ability to lead from the front with clear direction and execution plans is critical to success. This role also entails bringing to bear all the different stakeholders across the organization to drive results and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- To manage a team of direct and indirect reports within the country, as well as key stakeholders to ensure growth and retention for a portfolio of large global and local financial institutions, Corporates and regulators.

- To establish strong and trusting long-term relationships and cultivate new business opportunities with key customers, regulators and industry partners.

- To identify industry trends and market opportunities leading to growth and sales opportunities for F&R solutions

- To influence and collaborate various internal stakeholders to drive desired results

- To be responsible for accurate forecasting and keeping management engaged with accounts in a timely

- To be well abreast of key market and competitor activities, and to provide feedback and recommendation for actions

- To provides escalation path to and from service and attend to critical customers issues promptly

Required Skills and Experience :

- Strong knowledge of the financial markets including intimate understanding of the domestic market.

- Proven and consistent track record in either strong individual performance and/or team performance

- Strong understanding of customer workflows, business models and critical drivers of our clientele

- Experienced in senior level engagement has the ability to represent company as a senior business leader with C-level executives

- Strong relationship building skills, both internally and externally

- Ability to navigate in a matrix organization and work with stakeholders to drive collaboration and results

- Strong negotiation skills preferably experienced in managing large complex contract negotiations.

Education / Certifications: Bachelor degree qualified or above
