Detailed Responsibilities:

- Research, conceive, design, execute and manage lead generation campaigns to drive qualified leads to our various sales teams.

- Research competitor tactics, market conditions and trends in the industry. Offer recommendations to upper management for optimizing our market approach.

- Manage programs for outbound lead generation

- Management & execution of online brand building

- Managing & growing reseller network

- Develop and execute contact campaigns for prospects.

- Manage reporting for business development team with highest high degree of accuracy.

- Manage the business development budget and forecast.

- Plan and manage prospecting

- Oversee administration of CRM

Manage and execute all RFP submissions, reflecting the specific needs of that opportunity. Requires collaboration across various departments. Continually improve the process and content of those submissions.

- Develop standard business development tool kit.

- Provide inside sales support for business development team.

- Uncover and leverage customer and competitor insights

- Team Building

Skills/Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree

- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing campaign program management, lead management and reporting

- Proven experience in monitoring and analyzing data to evaluate program effectiveness and ROI using salesforce.com or other similar tools.

- Advanced project management and leadership skills

- Prior experience in defining, measuring and reporting on program success metrics and return on investment.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, performance driven environment … that includes corralling sales teams and partners all over the world.

- Self-motivated,entrepreneurial, highly organized and detail-oriented, ambitious and intellectually curious .
