The Company is jointly building a business in India to sell their premium data management eLearning content and certifications to corporate.
The Director(Business Development& Sales) will represent the company in India and identify prospects in the market, promote eLearning courses and certification, build suitable partnerships, create strong branding & generate sustainable revenue and margins for the business. The Director will be responsible for building go-to-market plans.
Role/Job Description:
- Generate sustainable revenue
- Bring leads through networking and other channels like Events/Conferences
- Drive creation and execution of go-to-market plans
Qualifications/Experience/Background :
- MBA from a reputed institute
- At least 10 yrs. experience in sales & marketing
- Basic understanding of the IT services business and experience with NASSCOM
- Rolodex, past experience of generating leads/sales in IT services and/or financial services
- Experience in selling eLearning, training content & services to corporate prospects
- Experience working with CRM platforms to develop and manage sales opportunities
- Maturity to build CxO level relationships
